Aurecon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Workplace team, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the workplace experience
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors
  • Collaborating with the Workplace team to design and deliver innovative workplace solutions
  • Managing the welcome space and concierge services
  • Working with internal stakeholders to coordinate office-based events and activations
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, and vendors
  • Supporting the management of internal communications on digital noticeboards and office content on the company intranet

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written communication
  • Collaborative team player with the confidence to influence up, down and across the organisation
  • Personable and enthusiastic nature, genuine passion for providing an elevated service and ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment
  • Self-starter who is adaptable, resilient and thrives in a fast-paced, exciting, people-centric environment
