Our office in North Queensland has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and collaborative Business Services Coordinator to join our Business Services Support team. This position will work closely with other Business Services Coordinators within the team to provide effective and efficient administrative support to our Business Services Partners. Our ideal candidate is energetic, passionate about providing high-quality support, able to manage multiple priorities, and genuinely loves their job.

This role would suit someone who has a particular interest in administrative support and is looking to take the next step in their career. What you will bring to our team

  • Certificate III in Business Administration, or currently studying – we are open to different qualifications and fields of experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional presentation with a friendly manner and proactive attitude
  • Strong IT and computer skills. You will embrace new technology and have the ability to adapt quickly
  • Understanding of traditional administrative tasks, procedures, and systems
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management with the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
  • Understanding of business terminology as well as basic accounting terminology (desirable)
  • Experience in MYOB Accounts Enterprise (desirable)
  • Self-initiative and hunger to learn – we want you to ask questions, to clarify information, and be proactive in your learning and advancement at BDO Australia.
