We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Service Delivery Director in Cairns. This is a permanent, full-time role with a salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing quality service delivery across multiple service areas, including community in-home support services for adults and children. You will also be required to grow CPL business, manage operational requirements, and contribute towards the achievement of the organisation's purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimise operations to ensure quality service delivery across various services and customer segments.
  • Lead staff to meet the requirements of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and CPL customers.
  • Grow CPL market share in accordance with an established Business Development Plan.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships across CPL service streams.
  • Determine and foster key relationships internally and externally.
  • Implement and maintain systems and processes to optimise service delivery.
  • Lead teams to respond to customer demand and build team cohesion and collaboration.
  • Ensure the provision, implementation, and maintenance of systems, administration training, and processes required to deliver services in an NDIS environment.
  • Provide leadership to local teams and deliver services with a client focus; effectively manage resources, including human, financial, assets, and capital costs.
  • Collaborate and share insights with other senior leaders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and growing a range of multi-discipline services.
  • Experience and skill in managing multi-disciplinary services.
  • Highly effective change and people management experience.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a proven record of driving sustainable business growth.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Significant experience in leading others to work in changing environments and deliver outstanding client service.
  • Ability to quickly engage the resources of CPL to adapt products, prices, and processes to meet the needs of a dynamic external environment.
  • Knowledge in disability and/or aged care sectors in relation to business opportunities.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business/marketing are highly regarded.
  • A valid Blue Card and NDIS worker screening clearance.
