We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead the successful delivery of subdivision projects in Bargara and Burnett Heads. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the success of our initial project in the region while driving growth as we continue to secure and deliver more projects in the area.

You will work closely with our experienced team and senior leaders, gaining valuable experience while contributing to the long-term expansion of our presence in the area. If you are eager to take on new challenges and help shape the future of our projects, we want to hear from you.

As a Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team and subcontractors effectively to achieve desired outcomes ensuring a high standard of quality, safety, and adherence to all project specifications is maintained. You will promote a positive team culture and deliver positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience as a Foreman, ideally working across subdivision projects or similar.
  • Experience in subdivisions with coverage of bulk earthworks, pipe infrastructure, civils, and roadworks.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
  • Ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Construction Industry Card (White/Blue).
  • Current Driver Licence.
  • Variety of plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded.
  • Strong commitment to Quality and Safety standards.
