Civil Foreman

We're looking for an experienced Foreman to lead the successful delivery of a $10 million subdivision project in Bargara in it's civil stage as well as a Subdivision project in Burnett Heads which is just kicking off. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the success of our initial project in the region while also driving growth as we continue to secure and deliver more projects in the region.

You'll work closely with our experienced team and senior leaders, gaining valuable experience while contributing to the long-term expansion of our presence in the area. If you're eager to take on new challenges and help shape the future of our projects in Bundaberg, we want to hear from you

You'll be responsible for leading a team and subcontractors effectively to achieve desired outcomes ensuring a high standard of quality, safety and adherence to all project specifications is maintained. You will promote a positive team culture and deliver positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

About You

• Demonstrated experience as a Foreman, ideally working across subdivision projects or similar.
• Experience in subdivisions with coverage of Bulk earthworks, pipe infrastructure, civils and roadworks
• ability to read and interpret construction plans
• ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
• Current Driver Licence
• Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
• Strong commitment to Quality and Safety standards
