Civil Foreman

Overview

We're seeking an experienced Foreman to lead the delivery of a $10 million subdivision project in Bargara in its civil stage, as well as a subdivision project in Burnett Heads that is just kicking off. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the region's initial project while helping to grow our presence as we secure and deliver more projects nearby.

You'll work closely with an experienced team and senior leaders, gaining valuable experience while contributing to the long-term expansion of our presence in the area. If you're eager to take on new challenges and help shape the future of our projects in Bundaberg, we want to hear from you

You will be responsible for leading a team and subcontractors to achieve outcomes while maintaining a high standard of quality, safety and adherence to project specifications. You will promote a positive team culture and deliver positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

About You

• Demonstrated experience as a Foreman, ideally across subdivision projects or similar
• Experience in subdivisions with Bulk earthworks, pipe infrastructure, civils and roadworks
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
• Current Driver Licence
• Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
• Strong commitment to quality and safety standards
