Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our civil projects in Bargara and Burnett Heads. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring project compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and standards.

About the Job
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage and maintain client relationships to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Co-ordinate and supervise employees, subcontractors, procurement, and necessary equipment to meet project requirements.
  • Monitor and report on project financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in managing civil construction and subdivision projects.
  • Strong skills in leadership, communication, and negotiation.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
