Job Title: Civil Project LeadWe are seeking a skilled Civil Project Lead to manage the delivery of two exciting civil projects in Bargara and Burnett Heads. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior management and experienced site teams to ensure successful project outcomes.About the Role:
  • Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules for large-scale civil projects;
  • Procure and allocate necessary project resources, including personnel and equipment;
  • Oversee cost management and reporting, ensuring accurate financial tracking and forecasting;
  • Administer contracts, including negotiations and dispute resolution;
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, including testing and inspections;
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, including staff, subcontractors, and clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in civil construction project management, with a strong understanding of construction principles and practices;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions;
  • Familiarity with industry software, including project management tools and building information modeling (BIM).
