Senior Civil Construction Project Manager

Overview
Take on two exciting civil projects in Bargara and Burnett Heads, valued at $2-10 million. You'll be supported by senior management and work alongside experienced site teams to ensure successful delivery.

About This Role
  • Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules
  • Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
  • Cost management and reporting
  • Contract Administration, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting, claims
  • Quality Assurance, including organising testing, ITPs, submissions
  • Delivering Progress reports to the Construction Manager
  • Ensuring safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors and adhering to compliance requirements

We're looking for someone with excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills to deliver projects to agreed outcomes. You'll need a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works.
