Operational Excellence Professional

This is a challenging role that requires an experienced professional to drive operational uplift across people, process, and digital systems in the APAC region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading transformation initiatives with a strong background in driving cultural and behavioural change within teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive transformation initiatives to embed a culture of high performance and ensure operational readiness for scale.
  • Partner with functional leaders to implement accountability practices and customer-first behaviours.
  • Lead process improvement, workflow redesign, and service efficiency initiatives using data-driven methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Engineering teams to align systems and tools to enable consistent operational delivery.
  • Design and maintain dashboards that track SLA adherence, customer satisfaction, backlog health, and other operational KPIs.
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in customer operations, professional services, or technical services functions.
  • Strong background in driving cultural and behavioural change within teams.
  • Exposure to digital transformation and SaaS/tech-enabled environments.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence across functions.
