Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to create programs aligned with organisational objectives.
- Shape bespoke training initiatives that support employee experience and performance.
- Design and deliver impactful learning solutions across various delivery modes.
- Track and report on the success of diversity initiatives.
- Cert IV in Training Assessment or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in organisational development, human resources, or related field.
- Proven experience in organisational development and training across diverse workforces.
- Commitment to improving diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
