Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to play an integral part in our Human Resources team. This dynamic role will focus on administration, training, and ad-hoc duties within the HR realm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee files, managing data entry for new employees, driving the company's Training and Development process, and coordinating social and community engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Manage data entry for all new employees
  • Develop and implement effective Training and Development programs
  • Coordinate social and community engagement initiatives
  • Draft and distribute HR-related documents
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Conduct pre-employment checks as required

About You
  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is desirable
  • Excellent digital skills with exposure to HR systems is highly desirable
  • Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Touch typing and strong organizational skills
  • Proactive approach to work with attention to detail and quality focus
  • Exceptional time management and communication skills
