Job Title:

A seasoned facilities professional is required to oversee the delivery of services, ensuring all contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and financial targets are achieved.

  • Manage the delivery of the Services Agreement, ensuring all contractual KPIs are met.
  • Drive the financial success of the contract, achieving yearly profit forecasts.
  • Promote customer advocacy by delivering exceptional service quality.
  • Lead and communicate with employees and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure all Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental (OHS&E) standards are upheld.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, property management, project management, and financial management.
  • Strong background in large-scale maintenance management and asset management.
  • Experience with collaborative contracting and relationship building, including procurement and management of subcontractors.
  • Extensive knowledge of legislative requirements for maintenance, including environmental, energy, and OH&S management.
  • Proficiency in CMMS, Word, Excel, and Outlook software applications.
  • Qualification or experience in facilities management and related fields.
