Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Management Expert to oversee the smooth operation of our studio and facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for proactively managing studio expansion projects, optimizing the use of studio space, and ensuring the building functions efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organization skills, be a team player, and strive to maximize team/department performance. They will also possess strong communication skills and be able to manage time effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day studio facilities, including maintenance and repairs
  • Lead and mentor a small team of facilities professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager on building aesthetics and overall facility management
  • Act as the first point of escalation for facilities-related issues, both internally and externally
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a creative or technical environment
  • Proven track record of managing small teams and leading cross-functional projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure
