
Employee Experience Manager

We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for driving initiatives that support the growth and development of our employees.
This is a hands-on role where you will shape human resources strategies, streamline processes, and champion a culture of excellence, inclusion, and engagement.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Talent Acquisition and Retention: Collaborate with managers to design and execute hiring strategies, oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, develop programs to retain high performers, and nurture talent pipelines.
- HR Operations: Manage employee records, contracts, and HR systems, oversee payroll, benefits administration, and performance review cycles, and regularly update and implement company policies.
- Culture and Engagement: Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture, organize team events, workshops, and activities, act as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for employee concerns.
- Learning and Development: Develop training programs to support professional growth and leadership development, collaborate with leadership to identify and address skill gaps within the team, and partner with leadership to plan and execute HR strategies that support scaling the business.
Key requirements for this role include:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field, ideally in a high-growth organization.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in scaling HR processes for a rapidly growing team.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, proficiency in HRIS platforms and tools, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and high emotional intelligence.
