The People and Culture Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving the delivery of our local people strategy by coordinating all facets of the employee lifecycle.
This encompasses recruitment and selection, performance management, reward and recognition, reporting and analytics, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
The position contributes to the realization of our business objectives by coordinating our people practices in line with the current and future needs of the business.
Purposeful projects such as systems implementation, continuous improvement, Sustainability, and more are underway.
We seek an energetic and proactive individual who is accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and has proven capacity to work well under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a human resources administration role, completed or working towards tertiary qualifications within human resources, and ability to develop strong and mutually trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- We ensure our systems, processes, and practices are updated to align with our objective to recruit top talent that support business growth and objectives.
- End-to-End Recruitment Coordination
- We coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent for all roles across the business.
- Systems Administration & Optimisation
- We administer and optimise systems including Applicant Tracking System and HRIS, ensuring seamless data flow throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Seasonal Recruitment Support
- We provide adequate support during seasonal recruitment, including group interviews and volume recruitment/assessment days.
- Process Review & Innovation
- We continuously review processes to ensure we remain relevant and deliver innovative solutions.
- Talent Metrics & Reporting
- We report and analyse business trends, talent metrics, and people-related KPIs, including headcount reporting, diversity reporting, and other required reports.
- Organisational Chart Maintenance
- We maintain organisational charts and meet team communication initiatives.
- Culture Champion
- We champion people and culture communication, engagement, Sound Mind Sound Body, and CSR initiatives.
- Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives
- We coordinate and champion local Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
- Onboarding & Offboarding Support
- We support effective and efficient onboarding and offboarding of all team members.
- Rewards Program Coordination
- We coordinate rewards programs and administration.
- Workplace Health & Safety Support
- We support local Workplace Health and Safety practices through collaboration with the Workplace Health and Safety Committee, together with representation as an emergency warden and trained first aider.
- Learning Program Administration
- We support the administration of learning programs, platforms, and associated activities.
