
Senior Employee Experience Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior People and Culture Advisor to oversee employee lifecycle management, support recruitment, manage performance, create HR initiatives, and develop training programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire employee life-cycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Provide end-to-end recruitment support to ensure a consistent approach
- Develop and implement effective HR initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate risk/hazard registers and facilitate risk management processes
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience in a HR Generalist role or equivalent
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- Demonstrated expertise in employment legislation, compliance, and best practice
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
