Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior People and Culture Advisor to oversee employee lifecycle management, support recruitment, manage performance, create HR initiatives, and develop training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire employee life-cycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Provide end-to-end recruitment support to ensure a consistent approach
  • Develop and implement effective HR initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate risk/hazard registers and facilitate risk management processes

 

Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a HR Generalist role or equivalent
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
  • Demonstrated expertise in employment legislation, compliance, and best practice
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
