Strategic Workforce Partner

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced workforce professional to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will work closely with leaders to provide strategic guidance on employee relations, talent management, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and workforce planning.

The ideal candidate will have a background in human resources, with experience in employee relations, talent lifecycle stages and process. They will possess strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence and empower leaders, manage employee performance, and mitigate risk.

This role offers a hybrid working environment that allows you to choose between being based in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast or the Gold Coast. You will have access to various centers of excellence to drive and deliver great people outcomes and solutions for your stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, talent management, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and workforce planning.
  • Work closely with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Manage employee performance and develop plans to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Mitigate risk by identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact the organization.
