Job Title: Support Services Coordinator

This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic professional to join our Complex Care Program and Clinics, supporting the most vulnerable people in our community.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing high-quality administration services in a healthcare setting. As a Support Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and coordination with various stakeholders to support the client's experience with Complex Care.

The role operates from a person-centred care framework and aligns with the social model of health. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our Complex Care Program and Clinics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination

Key Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Australian working rights
  • Valid Driver's licence
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Current Police Check
