As a Service Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the Heavy Road Division runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will develop and implement best practice maintenance techniques for rental and retail fleets to guarantee optimal performance.
  • Structure preventative maintenance schedules for rental and retail fleets to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Provide expert guidance and instruction to coordinators and technicians to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Plan and oversee assembly and pre-delivery of new machine builds to meet customer demands.
  • Process paperwork for retail and rental repairs in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage warranty repairs and ensure adherence to correct processes to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A solid background and experience in the Heavy Fork Truck Industry or similar heavy construction equipment is essential.
  • Demonstrated record of supervision and planning with minimal supervision and self-motivation is necessary.
  • Strong computer and administrative skills in Microsoft Outlook and Excel are required.
  • Good written and oral communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to overcome challenges and optimize processes.
  • Understanding of customer relations and business processes is vital for success in this role.
  • Sound product knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
