Job Opportunity: UAT Test Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a UAT Test Coordinator.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plan to completion. This includes working closely with business stakeholders at all levels, collaborating with Business Analysis, Subject Matter Experts and Project teams to write and deliver test plans, acceptance test cases and test scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate UAT activities with business stakeholders;
  • Plan and manage the delivery of User Acceptance Testing;
  • Provide UAT support to the business in resolving incidents and problems;
  • Support and lead UAT of features and defect resolution to meet business requirements;
  • Schedule and prioritize UAT work and activities to meet plan, quality and scope;
  • Contribute to UAT resource planning and estimation process;
  • Record and report on defects discovered during the test phase;
  • Effectively communicate UAT status to Project and business teams;
  • Ensure UAT delivery aligns with policies, processes, procedures and guidelines;
  • Manage UAT defect triage and identify and mitigate risks.

Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks' notice.

Responsibilities include:

  • Stakeholder communication;
  • Project coordination.
