**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for preparing test cases, testing execution, issue handling and documentation tasks for the local scope.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with Project Managers & Project teams in taking accountability for understanding client blueprints, business rules & requirements.
  • Interpret client blueprints and build User Acceptance Test Catalogues.
  • Ensure UAT/Parallel testing is aligned with Client Blueprints.
  • Validate all UAT payroll reports / reconciliations prior to releasing to clients.
  • Work in conjunction with Lead Consultants on Issue logs resolution during implementations.
  • Liaise directly with Clients on implementation Testing.
  • Participate in weekly calls as deemed by Project Managers.
  • Ensure timelines are being met according to client/country implementation project schedules up to go live.
  • Produce all necessary handover documentation.
  • Prepare all necessary checklists / client sign-off worksheets in readiness for go live.
  • Store all client documentation on shared drives / project places as deemed.
  • Keep all relevant documentation on implementation projects up-to-date including Reconciliation spreadsheets, How-to manuals, Test tools.
  • Be present and actively involved from Client Blueprint signoff through UAT/load completion, parallels up to and including the 1st live pay runs.
  • Ensure timely handover of Client payroll & documentation to Client Services following ADP handover methodologies.
  • Participate in process reviews and implement recommendations.
  • Continually review implementation processes and make suggestions.
  • Understand and monitor implementations of any upgrades and patches and the testing of these prior to them being loaded into the live environment.
  • Ensure Clients compliance to relevant country taxation and other statutory legislation.
  • Understand country legislative updates.
  • Assist Project Services post-live implementations during periods where no new implementations are being delivered.
  • Ensure all project resources are appropriately trained and able to perform pay runs in line with implementation limitations and client expectations.
  • Ensure all UAT and parallel payrolls are reconciled and documented prior to sending to clients.
  • Monitor Configuration and Blueprint changes to understand the impact on UAT and parallel processes.
  • Check/test patches and upgrades in test environments prior to them being loaded into production.
  • Ensure all implementation documentation is maintained on common drives such as UAT results, Parallel results, Blueprints, Payroll Procedures, Schedules and any other relevant notes.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience as a SAP Payroll Tester.
  • Strong payroll knowledge and experience.
  • High degree of commitment and ability to communicate effectively with clients to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint to effectively update and maintain documentation/training/presentations.
  • Able to implement continual improvement processes.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
