About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Systems Quality Assurance Specialist to drive testing across mobile apps, Internet Banking, and core financial systems. You will be responsible for mentoring junior team members and ensuring quality outcomes.

  • Lead testing across mobile, web/Internet Banking, and financial systems.
  • Design and execute regression, UAT, system integration, and automation tests.
  • Mentor team members and embed best practice testing processes.
  • Manage defects using JIRA Tricentis and ensure collaborative delivery.
  • Support automation with UFT One/QTP and SQL-based data validation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test strategies to ensure high-quality financial systems.
  • Analyze business requirements and design effective test cases.
  • Identify and report defects in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst or Test Lead within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of mobile (iOS/Android) and web/Internet Banking testing.
  • Skilled in regression, UAT, SQL, and data migration testing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree in Computer Science and/or ISTQB certification (preferred).
