SAP Quality Assurance Specialist Job

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure our SAP solutions meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and functionality.

This role is critical in driving the end-to-end SAP testing strategy across multiple project phases (Explore → Realize → Deploy → Run) aligned to SAP Activate methodology. You will lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, triage, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the SAP testing strategy, ensuring alignment with SAP Activate methodology
  • Lead SIT and UAT, including planning, execution, triage, and reporting
  • Collaborate with functional, technical, and data teams to ensure test coverage and quality
  • Build scalable and repeatable test frameworks and templates for future projects
  • Provide clear and concise reporting to both delivery teams and executive stakeholders
Requirements
  • 6+ years of SAP testing experience, with 3+ years in Test Lead or Manager roles
  • Proven experience in S/4HANA Public Cloud and/or RISE programs
  • Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and its testing milestones
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM), HP ALM, JIRA, or similar tools
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site during critical project phases
