Are you a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality testing results?

The UAT Test Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of business and technology related testing activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases, test data, and test results
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing and ensure seamless collaboration with development teams and business stakeholders
- Engage with IT and Testing Service areas to resolve defects and expedite delivery of solutions
- Create robust test scenarios to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow
- Foster strong working relationships with end users to facilitate continuous process improvement and agile ways of working
- Document test strategies and create test plans that align with business requirements
- Develop knowledge repositories for system functionality and test documentation
- Perform test closure activities that meet quality standards
- Focus on identifying and implementing improvements to testing processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document and analyze requirements and specifications as needed

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with other groups across the organization
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail to identify potential points of failure
- Exceptional organizational skills for documentation of test cases, data, and results
- Ability to prioritize personal workloads to meet objectives and escalate issues that require attention
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Experience with process improvements and agile methodologies preferred but not required
