Job Summary

As a Trainee Systems Maintainer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our mechanical signalling equipment.

This hands-on role is based within a skilled, multidisciplinary signalling team, supporting a broad region stretching from Townsville to Mt Isa, and Phosphate Hill.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair mechanical signalling equipment
  • Assist with maintenance and repair of standby generator plants
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with WH&S standards
  • Accurately complete administrative and record-keeping tasks
  • Contribute to the improvement of existing work procedures and practices
  • Report on completed tasks against scheduled maintenance plans
