The Facilities team is seeking a skilled plumber to provide high-quality plumbing services vital to the ongoing success of our operation.
- Key responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing water supply and sewerage systems across various locations.
- Operating and maintaining sewer and water treatment plants are also crucial aspects of this role.
- Maintaining commercial kitchen gas appliances and performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance are additional key tasks.
- Diagnostics and timely repairs are essential to minimising service disruption.
- Accurate service and inspection records must be maintained at all times.
- All work must comply with relevant codes, standards, and site safety procedures.
- Coordinating with other trades and departments for integrated maintenance is also a key requirement.
- A clean and hazard-free work environment is mandatory.
- Supporting emergency response activities is also an important aspect of this role.
- An understanding of plumbing principles and practices.
- Ability to operate equipment safely and effectively.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Manual driver's licence required.
