Financial Crime Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Quality Assurance team as a Financial Crime Operations Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sampling process and remediation activities within the team.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure our sampling methodology is executed accurately and consistently. This includes leading weekly and monthly QA sampling reviews, overseeing sampling methodology refresh, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive coverage and accuracy in sampling.

This role also involves managing ad-hoc sampling and remediation exercises, identifying gaps, and escalating issues as needed. The primary liaison with the Sirius team will coordinate sampling execution and updates, providing insights and reporting based on sampling outcomes to inform continuous improvement.

Key qualifications for this role include demonstrable experience in Financial Crime, a deep understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements, strong mathematical skills with knowledge of sampling methodology, and exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills.
