  • Develop and implement incident management and complaint resolution processes, incorporating best practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update compliance protocols to address emerging risks and evolving regulatory landscapes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, providing transparent updates and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, including those specific to the superannuation industry.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on incidents and complaints, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.

Key Qualifications:

  • RG146 General Advice in Superannuation
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fund administration, with a strong understanding of the superannuation industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
