Job Description:

The role of the Senior Compliance Specialist will involve overseeing and driving the timely completion of all corrective and preventative actions within our company's audit program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain an approved schedule for internal, third-party, and customer audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external contacts to arrange third-party audits and facilitate a seamless experience.
  • Develop and train an internal audit team to conduct thorough audits of our Quality Management System.
  • Maintain and update the Internal Audit procedure to align with industry standards and best practices.
  • Administer our electronic audit management tool, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Lead review boards to ensure timely and adequate completion of corrective and preventative actions.
  • Present audit and CAPA metrics at quarterly management review meetings to inform strategic decisions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (preferably electrical engineering)
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards
  • At least two years of experience auditing Quality Management Systems
  • Demonstrated expertise in root cause analysis tools and CAPA management principles
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and apply statistical techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
