Job Title: Contract Compliance Lead

About the Role

The role of the Contract Compliance Lead is pivotal in ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations and quality standards across the Adult and Mental Health portfolio.

This involves working closely with Senior Managers and Service Managers to meet compliance, reporting, and performance requirements of funders.

The role also encompasses coordinating reporting processes, managing compliance systems, mitigating risks, and contributing to continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support contract compliance and improvement initiatives across the Adult and Mental Health portfolio
  • Collaborate with Senior Managers and Service Managers to meet compliance, reporting, and performance requirements of funders
  • Coordinate reporting processes and manage compliance systems effectively
  • Mitigate risks and contribute to ongoing service enhancement
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field such as health administration, human services, business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in contract compliance, funding management, or quality assurance preferably within the health, community, or mental health sectors
  • Experience working with data and reporting tools to monitor performance and compliance metrics
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, including the ability to build effective relationships to achieve desired outcomes
