About the Role

  • ">
  • Develop and implement strong member engagement strategies to attract high attendance and retain members.">
  • Ensure all Personal Training sessions are tailored to meet individual client needs and preferences.">
  • Recruit and inspire a team of enthusiastic fitness professionals who share our passion for helping others achieve their goals.">
  • Monitor and improve the overall health club and group fitness experience, ensuring safe and efficient programs within legislative guidelines.">
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance of health club and group fitness equipment.">
  • Analyse and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as NPS and mystery shop scores to ensure they meet company expectations.">
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to drive business growth and achieve collective targets.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • ">
  • At least 5 years' experience in the Health and Fitness Industry, preferably in a leadership or management role.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that build rapport and positive relationships with people.">
  • Proven experience as a personal trainer or exercise physiologist, with knowledge of exercise science and programming.">
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve collective targets.">
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.">
  • Proficient in using technology to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.">
