Lead with purpose. Inspire clinical excellence. Shape the future of veterinary care.
Join a Community That Cares
At Greencross Vets, we're more than just a network of veterinary clinics — we're a passionate community dedicated to advancing animal health and welfare. With cutting-edge, purpose-built facilities and a team of committed professionals, we're proud to be one of Australia's leading veterinary groups.
We're now inviting an experienced and passionate veterinarian to step into the role of Regional Clinical Director in Melbourne. This is a rare opportunity to influence clinical standards, mentor emerging leaders, and drive meaningful change across our clinics. You'll be part of a national team of Regional Clinical Directors who, along with our Chief Veterinary Officer, share a deep commitment to the veterinary profession and its future.
Your Impact
As a Regional Clinical Director, you'll be at the forefront of clinical excellence — working hands-on with veterinary teams, identifying growth opportunities, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
You'll receive ongoing support and training in leadership, systems implementation, and change management, including access to development programs such as the Lincoln Institute Leading Edge course.
This role offers flexibility: it can be structured as a dual position, allowing you to work part-time as the Regional Clinical Director and part-time as a Vet Director within one of our clinics. Alternatively, you may choose to take on the Regional Clinical Director role full-time — we're open to tailoring the position to suit your preferences and career goals.
Please note, this is a fixed-term position with the potential to transition into another role, depending on future opportunities and mutual alignment.
