Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a part-time Bookkeeper to join our finance and administration team. As the key player in behind-the-scenes operations, this role is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of financial processes – from BAS preparation, profit-and-loss reporting, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, budgeting, and forecasting.
This is an all-encompassing Bookkeeping position that demands strong accounting knowledge and excellent organisational skills. You will be working in an exciting local industry, contributing to outstanding customer outcomes and helping to ensure safe vehicles on our roads.
To succeed in this role, you will require over two years' experience in Bookkeeping, possess robust time management skills, and be able to thrive under pressure. You should also be a well-rounded individual with a keen sense of humour, eager to contribute to a unique yet rewarding industry.
