Overview

A dedicated professional is sought after to fill a Financial Operations Specialist position within our Finance team.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices accurately and efficiently within specified deadlines.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and promptly resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage payment runs, ensuring adherence to payment terms.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers regarding payment queries.
  • Contribute to month-end closing activities by providing necessary reports and information.
  • Support the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork. Key requirements include:

  • Proven experience in financial operations or a similar finance role desirable.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • A meticulous approach to processing invoices and reconciling accounts.
  • Strong ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Friendly team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Confidence in resolving discrepancies and handling payment queries.
