About the Role

  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships in the NSW coal sector with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
  • Provide technical sales support and product recommendations related to underground strata reinforcement and support systems.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand operational challenges and propose tailored solutions using our product range.
  • Implement regional and customer-specific sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Monitor and report on product performance ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for product development or innovation in response to customer needs.

About You

You have significant underground mining experience ideally within the coal sector. A solid understanding of ground support materials and installation practices is highly desirable.

You possess a strong customer focus and have demonstrated experience in key account management preferably within the mining or industrial sectors.
