About Us

Larvotto Resources (LVR) is developing the Hillgrove Antimony and Gold Project in Armidale, NSW. This project offers a unique opportunity to work within the mining industry and reside in the vibrant regional town of Armidale, renowned for its quality of life, educational institutions, and beautiful surroundings. Centrally located between Brisbane and Sydney, Armidale is just a short drive to the popular Coffs Coast.

Larvotto Resources is forging ahead with current ramp up activities on our Hillgrove Antimony and Gold project and we now are seeking the experience of a Site Administrator, to join the underground mining team on a residential 5 days on, 3 days off, 4 days on 2 days off roster - working 10-hour shifts per day.

About the Role

Reporting into the Mine Manager, the Administrator, UG Mining s responsible for providing administrative support to support the staged return to operations on the Hillgrove Project. This includes coordinating daily operations, assisting with document control, managing communications, and providing logistical support to the mining operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to mining operations, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Maintaining records and files, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
  • Develop and maintaining spreadsheets, databases, and documentation.
  • Liaising with clients and contractors to coordinate site access.
  • Raising of purchase orders and receipting invoices in Pronto.
  • Assisting payroll with timesheet accuracy.
  • Supporting various ad hoc site requirements

About You

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a mining, construction, or industrial environment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, remote, or operational site environment is a plus.
  • Previous experience in inventory, and procurement processes using Pronto
  • Understanding of document control, filing systems, and basic financial tracking.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • High versatility and flexibility in your teamwork and approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other industry organisational software.
  • Ability to perform and complete a pre-employment medical.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and safety standards relevant to mining sites (preferred).
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, and email systems

Other Requirements

  • Valid National Police Clearance - No Less than 6 months old
  • Current and valid C Class Licence - Essential
  • First Aid and CPR Certification (desirable).
