Customer Service Professional

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Job Description:

This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday. As a customer service coordinator, you will work directly with customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email.

  • Create quotes and hire schedules
  • Raise purchase orders and invoices

You will also be responsible for coordinating equipment logistics, including deliveries, transfers, pickups, and breakdowns.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
