Primary Health Organization Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Primary Health Organization Manager to join our team at Fitzwilliam Road Medical Centre. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and services
- Manage and monitor the medical centre's budget and resources
- Oversee the coordination of patient care and administrative operations
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Provide guidance and support to staff members
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to identify areas for improvement
- Relevant degree or above qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A competitive salary package ranging from AUD 70,000 to AUD 90,000 per year
