As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality primary care services across RFDSSE.
About the RoleThe Clinical Director of Primary Care will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and oversight, guiding the implementation of evidence-based and innovative solutions to meet the healthcare needs of our communities. You will work closely with other clinical and operational leads across RFDSSE to ensure effective, safe, and high-quality care is maintained across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality primary care services.
- Develop and implement evidence-based and innovative solutions to meet the healthcare needs of our communities.
- Collaborate with other clinical and operational leads across RFDSSE to ensure effective, safe, and high-quality care.
- Oversee the development of robust training and supervision programs for GP registrars.
- Provide medical leadership across all primary care services within RFDSSE.
- FRACGP or FACRRM essential.
- APHRA registration essential.
- Expert knowledge and experience within rural and remote health settings.
- Comprehensive experience in delivering primary care in Australia, particularly in rural and remote communities.
