Join Our Team as a Clinical Director for Adult Community Mental Health Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Specialist Psychiatrist to lead our Adult Community Mental Health team. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for providing leadership, administrative, and clinical oversight to ensure our services are contemporary, evidence-based, and recovery-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing clinical governance and supporting clinical quality and safety
  • Implementing and evaluating clinical service plans and models of care
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Leading a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist Psychiatrist
  • Demonstrated current clinical experience as a Senior Medical Officer in Psychiatry
  • Demonstrated recent leadership and management experience
  • Effective communication, negotiation, consultation, and interpersonal skills
