Senior Product Designer

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Designer to join our team focused on crafting compelling interactive experiences that resonate with a global audience.

  • The ideal candidate will define solutions that improve the guest booking experience across our products, in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Run discovery phases and help define product requirements.
  • Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback.
  • Present your work to peers and leadership, both async and in-person.
  • Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all-hands, and squad meetings.
  • Document your process and decisions.
  • Maintain cohesion and consistency in UX across products.
  • Provide strategic leadership to implement customer-centric experiences.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of full-time experience as a product designer for digital or web-based products; in-house experience highly preferred.
  • Create visually stunning, intuitive, and delightful interfaces with pixel-perfect UI and seamless interactions.
  • Strong UI design experience with deep knowledge of design patterns and a creative approach to solving problems through interfaces.
  • Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research, with hands-on experience conducting user interviews, synthesizing findings, and generating actionable insights.
  • Take full ownership of the design process for a dedicated scrum, from discovery to delivery.
  • Partner with Product managers to shape product vision and roadmap, balancing user needs with business goals.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development process.
  • Strong communicator who can articulate design rationale, influence stakeholders, and build trust across disciplines.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, process, and user-centered web and mobile product design.
