Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to drive co-design
  • Conduct research to gain a deep understanding of user and business requirements
  • Presentation of your entire design process, including user research and design rationale
  • Design informed by insights from qualitative and quantitative research
  • Create artefacts such as personas, customer journey maps, and task flows
  • Work closely with developers to implement design solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years UX Design experience
  • A solid grasp of information architecture, user flows, UI design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user-centred design principles
  • A portfolio showcasing your design process
  • Experience across Sketch, Figma, InVision, or equivalent wireframing/prototyping tools
