Transforming conversational travel experiences is at the heart of this role as a Lead Product Designer.

We're seeking a visionary to shape the future of our AI-powered interactions, driving UX strategy for smart chat, trip planning, support automation, and contextual travel recommendations.

This person will lead the way in designing end-to-end experiences across web and app, distilling complex AI capabilities into clear user flows and intuitive interfaces.

The ideal candidate will drive UX and visual design quality while aligning with our broader vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing & executing AI and chat-based experiences
  • Managing and mentoring a small team of designers
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to shape product direction
  • Using data-driven insights to inform design decisions

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in product or interaction design
  • Experience designing for conversational interfaces and AI-powered systems
  • A strong portfolio showing user-centered thinking and high-quality execution
  • Mentorship or light people management experience is a plus
