Infrastructure Design Lead

We seek a strategic Design Manager to oversee the design of complex transport projects. This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced professionals to lead and manage high-profile infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multiple project teams to ensure timely delivery of design packages.
- Develop long-term plans aligned with our business strategy.
- Negotiate contracts to secure positive financial and technical outcomes.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and subconsultants.
- Strong tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Significant experience in managing complex design projects.
- Chartered membership of Engineers Australia (or equivalent) or significant progress toward membership.
- Expertise in relevant legislation, regulations, and codes of practice.
- Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
