Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Continuity Specialist to join our team in Perth.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in developing and implementing business continuity plans to minimize disruptions caused by unforeseen events. Your primary focus will be on emergency and business continuity management, working closely with clients to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive resilience initiatives within client organizations
  • Support services in Business Continuity and Emergency Management through analyses, workshops, and training
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs
  • Contribute to project execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
  • Ensure compliance with international best practices and Australian standards
  • Promote the Strategic Risk Consulting brand and foster internal networks
  • Engage in ongoing professional development

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need early career experience (1+ years) in WHS, Emergency or Business Continuity Management. You should have a basic knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, with some experience in facilitation. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are also required.
