Our Perth Office is seeking an experienced Senior Business Continuity Manager - Resilience Strategist to join our expanding team. As a key member of our Strategic Risk Consulting Team, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies to enhance client resilience, effectively communicate your insights, and collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth.
Salary:
AU002 Marsh Pty Ltd_AU offers a competitive salary for this role, estimated to be between AU$120,000 and AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
As a Senior Business Continuity Manager - Resilience Strategist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Drive resilience initiatives within client organizations, ensuring they are well-prepared for potential disruptions.
- Provide services in Business Continuity, Crisis, and Emergency Management through analyses, workshops, and training, helping clients develop robust plans and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Manage project execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met, and delivering results that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with international best practices and Australian standards, providing expert guidance and support to clients.
- Lead small to medium projects and collaborate on key initiatives, working closely with colleagues to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Promote the Strategic Risk Consulting brand and foster internal networks, helping to establish AU002 Marsh Pty Ltd_AU as a leader in the industry.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Business Continuity and Risk Management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in Emergency, Crisis, or Business Continuity Management, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
- Proven ability to create detailed plans and presentations, effectively communicating complex ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in facilitation and training.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, as travel to client sites across WA may be required.
- Professional certifications, such as Business Continuity Institute qualification, are highly regarded.
