**The Role:** We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for a range of financial and management accounting duties, including month-end accounting, preparation of management reports, property accounting, and cash flow forecasting.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, highlighting key financial metrics and trends
  • Manage full-function property accounting, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Prepare half-year and annual financial statements for submission to regulatory bodies
  • Develop and maintain property income budgets and forecasts, as well as monitor performance against targets
  • Ensure accurate and compliant BAS and tax returns, as well as inter-company loan reconciliations

**Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a finance-related role, preferably in a commercial or chartered environment
  • Strong background in property and/or funds experience is essential
  • Candidate must be CA/CPA qualified
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
