We are seeking a talented and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work with key accounts, develop strategies to grow revenue, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-level customer engagement at an enterprise level, working closely with the Director of Corporate & Enterprise Accounts to meet revenue retention targets, and developing strategies to mitigate churn and manage day-to-day account running.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Manage escalated customer requests and provide timely resolutions.
  • Plan and deliver key projects and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role working with key accounts.
  • Real estate industry experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Experience working with technology/Saas.
