Administrative Package Coordinator Job Summary

As an experienced administrative professional, you will be responsible for coordinating packages and supporting staff in a timely and accurate manner.

About the Role

  • Process invoices to ensure they are within guidelines and correctly allocated to the correct reporting level.
  • Provide information on the cost of each package to support staff coordinating packages in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Submit monthly claims for all packages within the allocated area in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Onboard new Home Care Package clients.
  • Separate Home Care Package client packages.
  • Data entry of all package expenditure onto our system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Distribute monthly statements for package clients.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.

Key Requirements

  • Previous knowledge in Home Care Packages is essential.
  • Experience in administration within a financial environment is necessary.
  • Excellent administration skills and ability to hit the ground running.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to clearly communicate either over the phone, face-to-face or electronically.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Confident using technology and able to find your way around Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and contribute to business objectives.
